Oink.

Welcome to my blog. I write about food and drink at home in Dorset and on my travels. Happy reading!

Invisible chips for me, please

While I don’t usually condone low fat (or no fat) options, I can’t help but think Invisible Chips is a fantastic idea. Created by Hospitality Action, buying some invisible chips is a simple way to show your support for the people in hospitality whose livelihoods are disappearing. 0% fat, 100% charity. You can even buy invisible condiments on the side - every little helps.

I heard about Invisible Chips when Urban Guild (Urban Garden, Urban Reef, Urban Beach, The Wood Oven) announced they had added them to their menus.

Heston Blumenthal and Fred Sirieix are high profile supporters of the campaign, and loads of places from haute cuisine to the high street are joining the movement.

Get your Invisible Chips at your local stockist, or buy online here.
