Meet the delightful Mrs Goo

Meet the delightful Mrs Goo

I sent my in-laws, who we haven’t been able to see for so long, one of Mrs Goo’s boxes of treats to let them know we were thinking of them. Who doesn’t love a surprise delivery of homemade cake? Since then, I’ve ordered a few things, including beautiful bespoke biscuits.

Mrs Goo is based in Highcliffe and specialises in delicious treats by post. Her range includes a Dorset Tea and Biscuits box, which contains homemade chocolate chip cookies, all butter shortbread dunkers and 20 Dorset Tea teabags. Her Artisan Coffee and Cake box contains a large homemade fudgey brownie and a 100g bag of ground coffee, blended locally in small batches by Forest Edge Roasting Co.

Another of Mrs Goo’s most popular items is the homemade fudge box. The boxes are letterbox size and contain 200g of traditional fudge in the following flavours:

  • Caramel Sea Salt

  • Clotted Cream

  • Rum & Raisin

  • Strawberries & Clotted Cream.

Prices start at just £15, including postage. Everything is beautifully presented in planet-friendly packaging, including biodegradable cellulose Natureflex wrappers instead of plastic bags, and each order goes out with a lovely handmade and handwritten card.

Check out her Etsy store for the full range.
